Farmer Group Clustering and Management
Based on the Fair-Trade principles our integrated organic farmers are educated on the modern agriculture techniques for better harvest, thus improving their quality of living. Women empowering is a key area that has been given attention by the Ceylon Organic Farmers. Ceylon Organic Farmers provides organic fertiliser products manufactured in our plants to all farmer cluster groups on concessional terms to encourage organic product development in the country. Ceylon Organic Farmers takes a keen interest in social responsibility activities to all our stakeholder groups for a better quality of life.
Market Consumerism Strategy
To develop a home garden concept Ceylon Organic Farmers have designed and developed vertical pot holder racks which can be used as a plant growing medium especially to promote organic farming as our national responsibility. Our concept is that such designed pot racks would be ideal for people with limited land and condominium housing complexes. COF is to develop this strategy further by providing organic fertilizer for identified customers through our seriously engaged concept of vertical farming.
